Claim or add your listing, then add your starting price and a cover photo. Your listing becomes Featured with no card and no automatic charge. After 6 months it returns to a free Basic listing unless you choose to subscribe. Claiming or adding a listing needs a free account.

Can I really list for free?+
Yes. A Basic listing is 100% free and never expires. You get a full profile, location visibility, and direct messaging. No credit card required.
What does "Featured" placement mean exactly?+
Featured listings appear at the top of search results in your area, above Basic listings. They also display a gold "Featured" badge, take a turn in the Featured Vendors section on the homepage, and are matched first when a couple requests quotes in your area.
What is the founding vendor offer?+
Vendors who claim or add a listing, then add a starting price and a cover photo, get Featured placement free for 6 months. No card is required and nothing is charged automatically. When the 6 months end, the listing returns to a free Basic listing unless the vendor chooses to subscribe at $29 a month or $199 a year. The offer applies once per business.
Are there any fees when a couple contacts me?+
Never. We don't charge booking fees, commission, or any per-inquiry costs. The Featured fee is the only cost, and it is optional. What happens between you and the couple is entirely between you.
Can I cancel my Featured plan anytime?+
Yes. To cancel, email hello@weddinglivestreaming.com at any time. Your listing stays up as a free Basic listing. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
How do I upgrade from Basic to Featured?+
Sign in, open Plan in your dashboard, choose monthly or annual, and press "Pay with Card (Stripe)". You can upgrade any time after your listing is live. Founding vendors can subscribe once their free period has ended.
